Freedom is the birthright of every human being, but many of us have never felt freedom and do not realize that we have a right to it.

When we become aware of our motivation for craving acceptance by others, often at the cost of self-rejection, we discover the means to free ourselves from that need. The exorbitant price of self-rejection, that of emotional and physical ill health, need no longer be paid.

Because he is at peace with himself, the freed individual will enjoy a tranquil relationship with many of his fellow human beings. He is able to love them, and his capacity for loving is limitless. Living is loving. A person who cannot love is dead. The free individual is living because he never ceases loving.
